Project Goal

To increase email signs ups on the lead up to Black Friday which minimal impact on the websites core metrics.

Methodology

  • Data analysing websites core metrics
  • Designing two versions of the overlay
  • A/B testing two variants to understand what overlay drove more email signups

Over a total of 30 days, a total of 100,000 emails were collected allowing more revenue to be made on Black Friday & Cyber Monday.
